What is the affiliate application process?
To become an affiliate, simply fill out our application form and wait for approval. Then provide us with your 1099 or W9 information for payroll purposes.
What happens after I sign up?
As soon as you sign up to be an affiliate the following will happen:
1/ You receive a series of welcome emails containing your Unique Referral Code, link to your deals tracking sheet, and invite to our Facebook group.
2/ You will receive a welcome phone call, or a scheduled call, to answer any initial questions you may have.
3/ We will get your payment details loaded into our payroll software.
4/ You will receive invites to our weekly Q&A sessions - where you can ask questions, review deals, discuss prospecting tactics etc
Why is ERC Helpdesk a great ERC company to refer clients to?
We've been processing ERC for clients since the program started, so we know what we are doing! Having filed for over 1000 clients we have lots of experience, whilst remaining "boutique" enough to give each client and each referral partner the support they need. And with over 60 active affiliates we are already well versed in what it takes to be a successful. In fact many of our seasoned affiliates are available to partner and mentor for new affiliates to ensure everyone is successful! We want you to be successful - so that the clients, friends, business associates etc. that you referral get the money they are owned.
When will I get paid?
We pay our affiliates the month after our clients pay us. As we rely on the IRS to process these refunds it can take up to 6 months to get paid. However as soon as you have a deal successfully filed you will receive a monthly "Commissions Accrued" report showing how much commission you have banked!
What is the Commission structure?
You will earn 4% of a clients total filing as referral commission. If you bring on sub-affiliates you will earn 2% of the total filings for deals they bring! It is worth talking to potential clients AND others in your network who could also become affiliates in you team!
How do I refer a client to you?
When you register as an affiliate you will receive a unique referral link. By having your clients start their qualification online through that link you will automatically be credited for that deal. You can also introduce clients to us by email, or by having them book a free ERC consultation call with us. We make it as easy as possible!
What is considered a qualified customer?
A qualified customer is a business that meets eligibility requirements. Generally this means they paid W2 wages during 2020 & 2021 and suffered negatives impacts on their business due to government mandated restrictions and shutdowns. Broadly those negative impacts relate to one or more of the following 1/ significant revenue reduction 2/ supply chain disruptions 3/ suspension of business due to social distancing orders, travel restrictions, cancellation of group meetings.
What training will I receive?
When you sign up you will receive a training pack. You will also receive invites to regular training sessions held live via zoom. Don't worry though - its really not that complicated to understand the basics of the ERC. You'll be able to talk with potential clients in no time!
